From building the original account management teams, shaping support offerings, defining customer applications and managing development projects, all her efforts stem from one priority; the voice of the customer.

At Klever, Finula is responsible for all aspects of client interactions. She is focused on creating the support framework to scale with our customers and establishing a customer-centric culture to ensure their ongoing success.
